Life’s a Picnic with Picnic Time. Originally from Italy, Picnic Time’s creators Mario Tagliati and Gustavo Cosaro have long
been aficionados of good food, good wine and good company. They’ve made it their business to bring a little bit of La Dolce
Vita to all of us. Former owners of a successful gourmet and wine store, famous for their holiday gift baskets, they sought to
create a unique line of gifts that could be sold all year round. They introduced a series of traditional high quality picnic
baskets in 1982 and before long other retailers were clamoring to purchase wholesale baskets for their own stores. Picnic
Time was born!

In 1987, they created the world’s first insulated picnic backpack and have continued to pioneer the most innovative picnic

* 600 X 600 denier polyester with waterproof PVC backing
* 420 denier nylon with polyurethane coating for easy cleaning
* Polyester rip-stop to prevent tearing
* We also use bar-tech stitching to reinforce pocket seams designed for a lifetime of use.
* All insulated bags and baskets are handmade from top quality rattan, bamboo and willow.
* Leather straps and metal hinges and latches add to the strength and functionality. All
of our items pass through a three-stage quality control process to insure that your goods
arrive in perfect condition.
