Shipping and Returns
We offer free ground shipping to the continental United States on all orders of $75 and
above. We will be happy to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please call or e-mail for shipping
rates. Overnight, second day air and three day select are available at current shippers
rates. We will be happy to quote rates on request.
Please Note: Often we will ship direct from the manufacturer. Expedited shipping is possible
but will be expedited after they process the order.
Most orders will be shipped within three to five business days. If an item is out of stock or on back order
you will be notified immediately and given an expected arrival time or an opportunity to
select a different item.
Some of our products are special order items and are custom made for you. These
items must be paid for at the time they are ordered and are non-refundable.
We hope you're shopping experience in our store is a pleasant one. We know you'll be
pleased with your selection but if for some reason you need to return a purchase please
contact us within 4 days and arrange for your return. It must be in original condition, in
the box it was sent in and properly insured. We will arrange for a credit or a refund, less
shipping.
For certain large and/or opened items that are returned without exchange there is a mandatory
25% restocking fee. This covers the cost charged to us by the manufacturer each time we send
back a non-defective piece of merchandise without replacement. All returns must be sent back
within 10 days of receipt and you MUST receive prior authorization for the return. Returns made
without prior authorization will be refused and you will be liable for the additional return shippers
costs.
Security
We understand and share your concern about security and privacy. It is reassuring to know that it
is statistically safer to use your credit card on the web than to use it in a store or restaurant. The
information that you provide when placing an order with us (e.g. your name, address, and credit
card information) is secure. It cannot be read or tampered with during transmission.
We are hosted by Yahoo! Store on its secure servers and our orders are processed using their
shopping cart. Our checkout process uses industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
technology to encrypt and scramble all personal information including your name, address, and
credit card information so that it may not be read by others as it travels over the Internet. Secure
Socket Layer encryption is employed during checkout when the URL in browsers, such as
Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator, changes from "http" to "https". The "s"
indicates that you are in a secure area. Your browser may also show a pop-up window when you
are here.

For your security, we authorize your credit card after we obtain confirmation that your card is a valid
number and has not been reported lost or stolen. We also verify that the "Bill To" address
matches the address on the credit card used. It is not uncommon for a request for credit card
authorization to fail at times. We will contact you if we experience such difficulties and you may
wish to provide another credit card.
Email is not encrypted so please do not transmit your credit card number via e-mail.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, the maximum amount that your bank can require you pay for any
fraudulent charge on your credit card is up to $50. Notify your credit card company immediately
should you ever suspect a fraudulent charge on your credit card as you would for any other
unauthorized charge.
